Today marks 41 years since Wynndalco founder and CEO David Andalcio emigrated from Trinidad to the United States. In the more than four decades since, David has remained loyal to his roots as an outspoken voice for Latinos in the U.S. and a deeply committed advocate for community empowerment.

Through the creation of hundreds of jobs here and abroad, David has fostered economic development and supported equity in the workplace as a proud employer of minority and women workers. David has pledged an unparalleled dedication to uplifting the underprivileged and the underserved.

His business acumen has been recognized by numerous accolades, including awards from HACIA, Chicago United Business Leaders of Color, Hispanic Business, and the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He has served as the Director of the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority and on numerous Boards, including the YMCA Logan Square, Life Directions, and the Latino Caucus. Most recently, he completed his studies at the competitive University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education Program.
